chia breakfast

GET READY FOR THE YUMMIEST BREAKFAST EVER!!!:D
All you need is:
- 50 g Chia Seeds
- 180 ml Soy Milk
- 1 greek joghurt 0 % fat
- your fav cereals
- liquid sweetener
- berries
STEP 1
Combine 50 g of chia seeds and 180 ml of soy milk in a bowl and stir up.
Put it in the fridge & stir it up every 5 minutes.
After 15-20 minutes,the mixture will atain a gelatin texture.
STEP 2
Pour 1-2 dashes of liquid sweetener into the greek yoghurt and stir up
STEP 3
Combine the 2 mixtures into a bowl…add some berries and cereal to it and ENJOY!
