protein pancakes

As you already know…breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Most of the people love to eat pancakes for breakfast…even though that’s not a really healthy choice.

So here I am…your savior…with a healthy alternative for pancakes….WHOOP WHOOP!

They taste exactly the same but they are HEALTHY โค

all you need is:

  • 300 g egg white
  • 1 eg
  • 150 g instant oats (you can also use normal oats…but you have to pulverize them first…with a blender)
  • a pinch of sweetener
  • 1/2 apple

Blend all ingredients together & VOILร:
