breakfast HOTSPOT:Café Oper Wien

There is nothing more fancy to begin a day in Vienna than with a traditional breakfast in a coffee-house like Café Oper Wien.
If you’re following me on Instagram…you might have noticed that I have a thing for breakfast.
I love to take my breakfast in a fancy way….and breakfast is for me THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY!
A few days ago I went to Cafe Oper Wien where I had the best royal breakfast in a very central viennese ambience.
Café Oper Wien is a place where food meets viennese culture…the coffee-house is directly situated in the Vienna State Opera.
I was warmily welcomed by Thierry Voyeux….a champagne specialist who served me a very delicious champagne breakfast.
As I mentioned earlier…I had the CHAMPAGNE BREAKFAST:
The champagne breakfast includes 2x coffee, tea or cocoa, 2x 1/8 l orange juice, 2 soft-boiled egg, 2 croissant, 4 rolls, butter, jam, ham and cheese and 1 Pommery Pink Pop Champagne(0,2l) with smoked salmon.
I have to admit…I love being spoiled.
Café Oper spoiled me like a princess.
My royal breakfast in pictures:
The champagne breakfast for 2 persons costs 51 € but it’s worth every penny ❤
They offer a variety of yummy breakfasts at affordable prices:
coffee,tea or cocoa,1 roll,butter and jam – 5,90 €
The Viennese coffeehouse culture is part of the city’s genetic code.If you’re in Vienna make sure you stop by at Café Oper Wien even if you’re not hungry…a great variety of mouth-watering, typically austrian pastries and cakes are offered, to be enjoyed with a cup of melange, tea or hot cocoa.
In 2 weeks, they’ll open their Schanigarten….can’t wait to enjoy my meals alfresco.
