Instagram it!

Last week I finally hit my first milestone and reached 38 k followers on Instagram.

To some, it might not look like a huge achievement, but I believe in following your business stats in order to grow further. For this reason, I decided to share some of the tips + tricks I used on my journey to 38 k.

I really try to post regularly….3-4 pics on a daily basis.This means every single day without any excuses for a long, long time. If I had a successful day of taking pics, I would divide my top picks and share them during the week instead of posting them all at once.

This means uploading only high-quality content , taking images in natural light, not posting 10 selfies in a row and writing engaging captions. Make sure you choose the theme & stick to it.Don’t copy other people’s stories,be original.Originality always wins!:D

Using hashtags is the key to finding your community. By adding relevant hashtags you can make sure that your pictures will attract people with similar interests as yourself.

I love giving back to the community, so I make sure to always comment back and to get engaged in the discussions happening under my posts. Go ahead and start making connections, this really is a game changer!!!

I have no patience for non-virtual shopping haha…plus,you can buy things online that you just can’t buy in stores.

Thanks for the tips Sara. I’m new to Instagram (shawneeprincesstradingpost) and am struggling trying to make my way through all the newest ideas. Do you ever buy on ETSY or EBAY? I sell jewelry on both. ebay seller name quixeller.com
and on ETSY I sell under the name of ShawneeTradingPost I just started listing on ETSY about 2 months ago but haven’t sold anything yet. Not sure what I’m doing wrong or not doing that is the hold up… Everything worth anything is worth waiting for. 😉

I would LOVE for you to check out what I have… tell me what you think… I can always use the input on how someone thinks I might do a better job. I literally have tons of stuff to put on and am so overwhelmed with everything and trying to figure out what to list that might sell better… so any input would be greatly appreciated.
