I just killed my booty today
Here’s the promised spontaneous booty workout.
After killing leg-day we took some pics of my fav exercises.
I’m way too exhausted to tell you more….
Here are my fav exercises:
30 kicks on each side x 3 sets
UP & DOWN & UP & DOWN
30 reps on each side x 3 sets
don’t forget to squeeze your butt when you’re up (stay like that for 1 sec):D
3) Tight Squat…Sumo Squat
START—->ONE Tight SQUAT …step to the right —->ONE wide SQUAT
STEP BACK to the left—->One Tight SQUAT—step to the left—>ONE wide SQUAT
15 tight squats/15 wide squats on the left/15 wide squats on the right x 3 sets
4) One Legged Deadlifts
1st Set-15 reps
2nd Set-12 reps
3rd Set-10 reps
1st Set-15 Reps
2nd Set-12 Reps
3rd Set-10 Reps
Don’t forget to squeeze your butt for 1 Sec !
