Last sunday, we finally got the chance to get away from our daily routine and to enjoy some quality time at one of our favorite Hotels & Spa Centers in Austria : St Martins Therme.

We covered a lot of ground in a week on our road trip to Ireland….moving a bit too quickly for our taste.
Planning a road trip is quite easy but estimating the amount of time it actually takes between the destinations is quite hard,because you don’t really calculate the incorporating time to get lost and make random stops or the tiny roads which make you think you’re going to die if you speed up.

Visit Ireland : The Dark Hedges

The navigator was of no use as we drove on the small country lanes in Northern Ireland,looking for the signs for The Dark Hedges.
“It must be there!” was my remark as in the distance I saw the tall tree tops stretching high above anything in the near surroundings. And still, we almost missed the turn to this small lane, visited by many, but still delightfully non-touristy in the way we were left feeling as we had discovered this special place.
